Q: The application doesn't work on my phone
A: Contact us via www.livetalkback.com/contact telling us the make and model of your phone and we'll see what we can do. You can always vote right here on the website while you are waiting.
Q: What Nokia phones does Live Talkback support?
A: The Live Talkback application runs on all S60 3rd Edition and S60 5th Edition devices (see www.nokia.com for a complete list)
Q: Does Live Talkback support the iPhone?
A: Yes - you can download the client from the iTunes App Store Get Live Talkback
Q: Does Live Talkback support BlackBerry?
A: Yes - you can get an advanced application for your BlackBerry phone. Just go to m.livetalkback.com
Q: I don't have a Nokia, iPhone or Blackberry, can I still vote?
A: Yes - we support every phone, just go to m.livetalkback.com in your phone's browser, and you'll be able to vote straight away
Q: How much does it cost to vote?
A: Your standard mobile data charge will apply for votes made using Live Talkback. We've worked hard to make Live Talkback use as little data as possible, so the cost should be very low. For example, if your data plan costs £1 per megabyte then each vote will cost approximately £0.0001 (or one-thousandth of a penny)
Q: Will Live Talkback work if I don't have a data connection on my phone?
A: Sorry no it won't, Live Talkback needs a data connection to work. Ask your operator about how to get a data (internet) connection on your phone.
Q: Why does my login seems to "hang" half way through?
A: Most probably Live Talkback is being blocked by your firewall. Try disabling any firewall you have on your PC, or talk to your IT department to open access to port 843. Technical details: The Live Talkback console uses Adobe Flash, which uses port 843 for security policies (see http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashplayer/articles/socket_policy_files.html)
Q: Help I've forgotten my username/password!
A: Email us at support@livetalkback.com and we'll reset it for you or remind you of your username.
Q: How do I get an account for Live Talkback?
